Thus we would apply the hydrotherapy treatments, such as at
Reilly's, see? In these we would not include the dry heat
cabinet sweats, for the condition of the heart, in this
incoordination between the circulations of the central body,
is such that this would be too severe. But use the
witchhazel and then follow with a thorough rubdown, including
the Bubble Bath in Pine Oils or with Pine Oils, and massage
following same with equal portions of Olive Oil and Peanut
Oil, with just sufficient of the rubbing alcohol to make this
more applicable or easier to apply.
Have these for a period of some ten or twelve. Then have a
rest period from six to eight to ten weeks and then again,
and we will eliminate the congestion through the body, the
tendency for the cold area and the activities which tend to
segregate the conditions through the body.
Do that.
Ready for questions.
(Q) Any advice regarding diet?
(A) A well balanced diet. Keep away from too much fats,
especially pork or beef. Fish, fowl and lamb are preferable.
We are through with this Reading.

REPORTS
7/13/44 [
5298]'s letter: "During the time of the reading
appointment I felt wonderful, just as if the world were very
far away and all was peace. I started with my treatments
this week and I am so glad to find everyone at Mr. Reilly's
so nice and kind."
8/18/44 "I feel a great relief. My back feels fine and the
stiffness I had through the body is quite gone, but the hay
fever is here again and makes me very unhappy. My eyes and
nose itch and pain in the throat; the attacks are strong and
affect the bladder. I did not mention or ask about it when
you gave me my reading, but now I wonder what can be done
about it."
8/26/44 EC sent [
5298] the Hay Fever inhalant recommended in
261-8.
9/19/44 [
5298] wrote: "Thank you very much for description
of the compound for the Hay Fever [261-8]. It has been the
best I ever tried and I have given it to some other people;
they have been very glad and thank you also."
