Dear Mrs. [
5519]
It is the desire of the Research Department to keep in touch
with all those having obtained physical diagnoses through
the psychic work of Mr. Edgar Cayce, in order that we may
ascertain just how nearly the suggestions given were followed
out, and the results obtained. It is necessary to have this
information in order to be able to complete our records.
Therefore, we should greatly appreciate a letter from you,
advising us whether or not you followed the suggestions given
in your readings of May 14th and August 4th. We certainly
hope you have received the best possible results through the
application of these suggestions. We know that you cannot
fail to see a change for the better if they have been
followed out correctly.
With best wishes for your continued improvement, and hoping
to receive a favorable report from you in the very near
future, we are
Sincerely yours,
RESEARCH DEPARTMENT

Miss Mildred Davis,
Virginia Beach, Virginia
My dear Miss Davis:
For days I planned to write you but so many distressing
things have happened in my own family that the time has
passed. I have followed the directions of my two readings
most carefully and pleased to say that I am in every way
much better than I have been for years. I sleep much
better - I have little numbness in hands and feet - much
less indigestion - I want, when I can to have another
reading to see for myself just what else to do but at this
time I cannot do so as hospital bill, nurse, and operation
have left my purse depleted.
My little niece - aged 6 years - orphan - or rather father
dead and mostly my own responsibility had the misfortune to
stick a stick in her eye and it has had to be removed - Hence
my inability at this time to have a reading just yet.
I am much pleased with my other two readings and with all
good wishes, I am
Very sincerely [
