Conditions are very good physically with the body. There
are to be expected those conditions to arise, with the
variations in the temperamental effect that changes of
seasons, as well as the change in environmental forces,
produce for a DEVELOPING body; but were those applications
as has been given applied in the MANNER given, in the
consistent and PERSISTENT manner, we may expect the
conditions to respond - for they will; but when these are
kept only haphazardly, temporarily, or altered or changed
in diet, or in activity - until the system has had the
opportunity to adjust itself - there may be expected
recurrent conditions that may SEEM, for the time being,
UNSATISFACTORY - but will these be adhered to, these
SHOULD - and WILL - bring desired results. Ready for
questions. We are through for the present.

4/14/30 Letter to his mother, Mrs. [
454]: "Yes, my weight
was 157. Not so hot. I really am disappointed even tho it
was a pound off. Couldn't you ask Cayce to get something
stronger so that I would lose more and not gain back when I
slack up?"
4/20/30 Mother's letter: "During the past 2 wks. [
5603],
who had lost nine lbs. from the day that we started the
diet, the extra exercise regime, and the Radio-Active
machine, which he used about 40 days regularly, is now
gaining again. He has been using the iodine arrangement
since March 21st. While he was in N.Y. he did not gain,
as he used the machine, was under the diet, rode horseback
five days, and went to gym six times."
