EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5603] - this we have had before. The general conditions of the body, as we find, still show the nearer normal and nominal development for the body. Keep the outlined diet, at least while the body is in the ADJUSTMENT of itself to the new conditions or relationships with itself, in developments. Keep those of the appliance, alternating at times from that of the plain to that of the iodine. These we would have about two to one of the iodine, and these - as we find - with the normal exercises of the body in its daily relations, will bring about the best, the normal reactions and developments with the body. Ready for questions.
(Q) What treatment to stimulate eliminations?
(A) These are best stimulated by the diet and exercise. As has been seen in those given, these in the diet should be that as is a mild LAXATIVE, rather than CATHARTICS, see? and when there is the tendency of this condition to become sluggish, those of oils - PREFERABLY much more of olive than just plain mineral oil, for olive oil - PROPERLY taken - is a food for the intestinal tract. This would be well to be considered by many: That, that may be ASSIMILATED by the system - of olive oil - pure - is food value for the system itself, and tends to stimulate peristaltic movements, see? Taken, then, in very small quantities - but rather often, and when found to disagree - or a tendency, from the foods or the character of drinks taken - discontinue; for nothing is more severe than rancid, or oil that has become over acted on by the hydrochlorics in the system. Only that as will assimilate. So olive oil, or mineral oil - in moderation; but diet and exercise the best.
(Q) What is best attitude to follow in new school?
(A) Follow much in the line as has been given, as respecting self's development; not as one that would be served, but rather study to show self worthy of the confidence, faith, and promise as is put INTO self - and study to be WORTHY of that faith. In the action towards associates, be one of - and one with - those as will be attracted to the body.
(Q) What should be guarded against?
(A) Tendency of uppishness, or piggishness.

Dear Judge:
Enclosed you will find a New Year's greeting, sent with our best love.
[5603] is back again from school, and I have heard so often how splendidly he looks, and how thin and thoroughly adapted and man of the world he is. Slim, six* foot eleven, broad and ever so engrossed with the opposite sex. It would do your heart good! I have spread "Cayce" so much, when ever people comment on his changed appearance and attitude, that I may be overdoing it. But no.
GD's note: His parents got the five readings for him, over a period of eight months. In that time his weight went down to normal and he was pronounced cured. His parents were very appreciative and made a large contribution to the Cayce Hospital at the time.
