My dear Mrs. [
5640]:
We are enclosing the information gotten at the appointed
time. I feel there must not be as wholehearted cooperation
from whoever is giving you the treatments as there should be.
While I know definite results must be gotten by applications
of real therapeutic value physically, yet the mind - or the
mental attitude - will play an important part. If there is
little or no confidence in what is being done, very little
results may be expected.
I do not know how far you are from a physician who has had
considerable experience with our work - Dr. W. H. Ketchum,
Palo Alto, California. He has known the work for a number of
years; in fact, was the first man to present it to a
scientific research society. I would like for you to get in
touch with him if you cannot get the proper treatment from
the one with whom you are dealing at present. Did Mr. Taylor
help you locate your present osteopath? and did he
communicate with any of the people whom we gave as reference?
Dr. Percy Woodall, First Nat'l Bk. Bldg., B'ham, Ala.
Dr. M. L. Richardson, Bankers Trust Bldg., Norfolk, Va.
Dr. B. J. McCrary, Bankers Trust Bldg., Norfolk, Va.
Dr. Theodore Berger, 77 Park Ave., New York City.
Dr. L. A. Lydic, Reibold Bldg., Dayton, Ohio.
Any of these, I am sure, can give your doctor a line on what
to expect from following closely the suggestions outlined. I
am very anxious to get a report on your condition, for where
the suggestions have been followed closely, with the
cooperation of the doctor and patient, we have through the
years gotten the results.
I'll be very anxious to hear from you, and will certainly
appreciate your writing me from time to time; for it is our
desire to be of service - and if we have failed, we would
like to know why.
Thanking you for your interest, and trusting that we may be
of service, I am
Sincerely,
EC:GD ASS'N FOR RESEARCH & ENLIGHTENMENT, INC.
