TEXT

1. EC: We have the body here. This we have had before. There are changes taking place in the physical forces of this body, [5671]. These are for the betterment. We would continue for the present with those suggestions as has been given for this body, that we may get the PROPER reactions in the system. The manipulations and adjustments are being accorded for the better condition of the system. The irritations as have come are as much retraction as from any other. These may be allayed by the use of Cuticura Ointment for the present, UNTIL at least there is an establishment of a better coordination from the nerve centers as are being relaxed through the lumbar and sacral region. Keep the system CLEANSED, internally, externally. Drink PLENTY of water. Though this produces irritation at times, it will produce DRAINAGE better in the system. Ready for questions.
2. (Q) How long before body will feel relief?
   (A) After retractions set in, and the system begins to adjust itself. THEN the body will feel relief. These are only the beginnings. Consider how long the stresses and strains have existed, with only effects being treated. These are the BASIC conditions being applied TO and FOR, and the system must respond through NATURAL means for permanent relief. Consider that! It's worth thinking about! We are through with this reading.
