(Q) Any suggestions regarding diet?
(A) Beware of the fats and of those gross conditions for the
system. More of the better eliminants - or these as a day:
In the mornings should be principally those of citrous
fruits, and some dry or whole gruel, see? as rolled oats, or
of such natures. Cream of wheat or heart of wheat, or some
such as that.
In the noon there should be preferably those of the
vegetables that are of the green nature, see?
In the evenings, those vegetables of the pod nature - but not
too much, or very little meats.
(Q) What caused this condition?
(A) Poor eliminations, as has been outlined.
(Q) What caused the condition in the head?
(A) Pressure from the hypogastric - this produced from toxic
forces in the system. As these are cleared up - you see, the
respiratory system - the whole may be begun to clarify. We
are through for the present.

REPORTS
12/22/30 Letter: "I am unable through lack of conveniences
to follow your instructions as to the Epsom Salts baths;
further I have been instructed that to take a high enema
would be dangerous to one in my condition. My information
was given me by the druggist at Burrow-Martin's. He said one
should be experienced before attempting this. I have been
following your instructions in regards to my diet and am
pleased to tell you that my stomach is in better condition.
"My head is now my chief worry as I suffer from severe
headaches and pressure above my eyes. This trouble seems at
times as though it were pushing my eyes out of my head. I
also have pressure on my ears.
"I would appreciate some instructions from you that would
relieve me.
"My husband and I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a happy
and very prosperous New Year."
12/30/30 EC referred her to Drs. McCrary and Parker who were
equipped to give her the colonics. He described Epsom Salts
Packs which she might find more convenient to take than the
Epsom Baths at home.
5/04/56 Death notice of her husband indicated that Mrs. [
5716]
was still living, but did NOT list her middle son [
5715] as a
survivor.
7/08/79 Death notice of her older son did NOT list Mrs. [
