TEXT

1. EC: William A. Wilgus - $71,000 - $10,000 given for Edgar Cayce.
2. (Q) (After pause) What information is this you wish to give?
   (A) Keep up the good work this will pass on - and, as given you oftentimes, do not let those use you nor abuse you, nor those applications of the truths as are given through these sources for individual benefits, neither let them be abused by those who receive such information or instructions, for in the way that brings understanding will bring to others that ability to apply the greater truths that may be gained from time to time.
3. (Q) What is this reference to $71,000 and $10,000?
   (A) $71,000 the amount of the estate - $10,000 set aside for the work in which Edgar is engaged.
4. (Q) How may he get this money?
   (A) Just the same way as has been given before respecting those papers that were left in the bank then - at the bank here, in First National Bank - 561 is the box.
5. (Q) Should Edgar Cayce go to this bank and ask for these?
   (A) Go to bank and ask for these - George Long and Weathers.
6. (Q) Any specific time that would be best for Edgar Cayce to do this?
   (A) When he is in the place would be the best time.
7. (Q) This is information coming through Mr. Wilgus - from Mr. Wilgus, rather?
   (A) This is I speaking - Bill Wilgus.
8. (Q) Any further information or message?
   (A) Will be more here again - going now. [GD's note: Mr. Cayce on awaking told us he had known Mr. Wilgus in Hopkinsville, Ky. He had apparently been very fond of Mr. Cayce as a boy and a young man; he had told him he was going to leave him some money - but when Mr. Wilgus died no will was found mentioning the bequest. [See 5756-13, Par. 9-A.]]
